What is Life Coaching

  • A life coach is a professional who helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfilment.
  • Life coaches aid their clients in improving their relationships both at home with their children, partner as well as other adults, careers, and day-today lives.
  • In creating strategies for you, as your life coach we will look at your unique skills and gifts.

How does Life Coaching Works

  • First we look at where you are and your goal you wish to achieve, what you have done so far and how realistic the goal is and its importance to you. 
  • Then we look at what you need to do first to get unstuck, your strengths and support you can use
  • The steps you need to make to be able to move forward and whether these need to be broken down to be more manageable.

Yes only with parents present and offering mediation

Whats the difference between Life Coaching & Therapy

  • A Therapist might work with those who are seen as damaged or dysfunctional as a result of previous trauma/experience which makes their day to day life very difficult for them.
  • You don't have full control as decisions are not necessarily made by you.


  • Life Coaching, works with the client around their desire to move forward in their lives and achieve their ambitions.
  • You make all the choices, decisions, and take full responsibility for all your sessions and outcome. 


  •  Imagine you are in a car at point A. The process of my coaching is about determining where point B is for you.


  • Helping you determine the best route to get there, and seeing if there are any blockages in the engine of the car (such as limiting beliefs) this will be explored, challenged and you will be supported to think outside of your comfort zone to find fresh ideas and insight which will bring you nearer to your goal.


  • It should be stressed that life coaching is not a replacement for professional psychological help. If you believe you are suffering from mental health issues, you should first speak to your doctor as a first port of call.
